Front-End Chapter Lead
I lead a team of five front-end developers, and most of my job is making sure they have room to grow. I set up the workflow we follow, review pull requests with an eye on quality rather than speed, and handle production releases myself. Every couple of weeks we sit down for a knowledge-sharing session.

I built much of the product's front-end foundation: a shared React component library, our own HTTP layer, notifications, lazy loading, and a custom video player. I also worked closely with our product designer on pixel-perfect screens, animated SVG visualizations, and a tailored railway map our customers leaned on daily.
